Betty J. Johnson, age 78 of Manchester, died Sunday, January 17, 2010 in Tendercare of Adrian. She was born March 29, 1931 in Nashville, TN, the daughter of George and Susie Mai (Jennett) Combs. She was married to Kenneth Lee McCarroll in 1949 and he preceded her in death in 1965.

Gerald "Jerry" Griewahn, age 70 of Hudson, died Friday, January 15, 2010 at the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor. He was born on October 13, 1939 in Adrian, the son of Paul and Eva (Catlin) Griewahn. He married Pearle Sneary on January 26, 1963 and she survives.

Dr. Buenaflor was born on April 27, 1937 in Tagig, Rizal, Phillipines, the son of Juan and Consolacion (Guerrero) Buenaflor. He married Filomena Villasenor on May 14, 1966 and she survives.

He was under the care of Heartland Hospice. Melvin was born March 19, 1950 in Ann Arbor, the son of Robert and Eleanor (Campbell) Pardee.
